We usually respond within two weeks
Over the past 30 years, we’ve grown from humble beginnings with a single computer into a diversified, global, technology-enabled lottery and prize draw company (ASX: JIN). Today, Jumbo operates across Australia, the UK, Canada and the US, bringing together technology, creativity and purpose to create premium digital experiences people love.
Based in Galgate, StarVale is dedicated to strengthening the fundraising power of charities, not‑for‑profits, and hospices across the UK. We combine specialist lottery management with a genuine commitment to helping organisations maximise their impact, so more communities receive the support they deserve.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Computer Bureau Administrator, you will help ensure our lottery operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will support the administration of weekly lottery draws, process new members, renewals and payments, and assist with prize winner cheques and reprints. You will also produce stewardship and campaign letters, process post, handle customer and office calls, respond to lottery member queries, and support debit and credit card processing and reconciliation.
What Will Your Day To Day Look Like?
Much of your day will involve managing the flow of customer, membership and lottery data through our systems. You will receive, prepare and import files, bring together information from different sources and carry out checks to make sure everything is accurate and balanced. You will also prepare information for lottery draws and fulfilment, produce customer communications, transfer completed files and carry out essential system updates. It is a busy, structured and time-sensitive environment, so you will need to be organised, comfortable working with high volumes of data and have a great eye for detail.
